I’m Bex Fédia,
Birth doula, hypnobirthing facilitator and antenatal educator supporting people in Sussex, Kent, London and internationally online.
I provide full-spectrum doula support, working with those who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or create a family in another way and those experiencing loss or choosing to undergo a termination.
Your body. Your baby. Your way. That’s my philosophy.
You will carry this experience with you for the rest of your life and I’m there to help you to shape it into something that’s yours, whatever that looks like.
I provide continuous, non-judgemental support and encouragement with the aim of making you feel confident, safe and in control of whatever lies ahead.
I provide evidence-based support and resources so that you can make decisions from a place of information and confidence rather than one of fear.

The only person who should be making decisions about what happens to you is… you! That can be tough when there’s so much conflicting information out there.
I strive to provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on all the topics you dread Googling. I share my treasure trove of resources because everyone has the right to the information they need to be able to make the decisions that are right for them.
